I will be happy to resize your bracelet for free in the event that it doesn't fit within 30 days of purchase, you just pay shipping. Beyond 30 days there will be a $10.00 restringing fee plus $4.05 for shipping.
I will also repair or replace any jewelry item(s) if they contain defective components or manufacturing defects within 3 months of purchase, you just pay shipping.
If you need to send an item back please put it in a box with some tissue or a package with bubble wrap around it. If you mail it back in a flat letter sized envelope, the item(s) will most likely get damaged.
Please contact me by phone or email prior to returning an item so I can speak with you about the item(s) and provide my shipping address.

Almost all of my items are made to order, unless I happen to have the item already made in your size. As soon as payment is received and information regarding length, color, etc... has been collected, your order is then placed in my "things to make" queue. It usually takes 5-7 days from the day payment is received that your item(s) are hand-crafted, packaged and shipped. Large orders can add additional days to this process.
